Description
Arachne was a skilled, mortal weaver who dared to test her skills against those of the Goddess Athena Herself, the divine patron of the art of weaving, and was later transformed into a spider. This necklace commemorates her handiwork in miniature. This delicate spiderweb is encircled by silvery-grey ribbon which echoes the color of spider's silk, and if you look closely, small beads can be found within the structure of the web that capture and reflect light, resembling beads of dew. Freshwater pearls, iridescent glass, and a Goddess charm hang from the web.

I love the way the theme is trully played out in the piece.
